This venue in the heart of the city is absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch, with really helpful receptionist. The location couldn't be better, right on a big shopping street and just a stone's throw from the main square. The staff was amazing, with Yulia and Jack giving us the best service ever. The rooms were elegantly decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including free toiletries, air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a leisure/TV room with free Wi-Fi and luggage storage, which was really helpful.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Convenient location for exploring, nearby metro station. Walkable to shops and attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms, with tasteful decor and spacious bathrooms. Delicious breakfast with fresh juice and good coffee, and a yummy bakery nearby. Lovely surprise for our friend's wedding celebration.

Loved the beautifully designed and clean hotel. The decor of the room was really good. The location was fantastic, with key attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in, especially Vanessa.
The noise from the tram was a bit bothersome during the day, but it became quiet at night. The AC didn't work, but luckily the weather was pleasant and we had the windows open.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with great tram connections nearby. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with an amazingly comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ordering us a ride to the airport and recommending the best local restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh pastries and coffee. We also enjoyed the stunning views from our room and the hotel's charming design.
We did experience some noise from outside, which did affect our sleep.

We loved this hotel's location - it was in the heart of the city near every destination we wanted to visit. The metro station is conveniently close too. We felt comfortable thanks to the air conditioning, a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the yummy breakfast and bakery next door. The staff, including Vanessa, was excellent.
